Henry has been fighting his naps lately. Which is sad for a couple of reasons.
1. Another way to show how grown up he is
2. No more free time in the afternoons!!
Andy and I have pretty much given up on trying to get him to go to sleep at home. The past few weekends we have wasted at least an hour each day trying to get him to go down for a nap. Sometimes after that hour he will give in, but most times it is just a waste of our time as he never falls asleep! So we have pretty much given up on naps for Henry these days. Honestly - the only way we can get him to nap is if we take him for a car ride. So on Saturday we skipped nap, and he did surprisingly well the entire day, and on Sunday I planned to take him to the store with me, and he fell asleep on the ride there. So I just turned around and went back home.
It does have its benefits though, as we get one on one time with Henry while Hannah sleeps.
On Sunday, while Hannah was sleeping we broke out the umbrella and rain boots and played in the rain!
