Family Time in May

As most of you know - we are so fortunate to have our family all pretty close.  Heidi and Nate are the farthest away in Geneseo, which is about 3 hours.  Everyone else is 2 hours or less, and my sisters, just 10 minutes away.  Last weekend we threw a baby shower for Danielle, celebrated Camron's 6th birthday, taught our last Sunday School class for the session Sunday morning, lunch at Danielle's after church, and Henry's last flag football game after that.  Jam packed full weekend with so much family time!

Camron picked mini golfing for his birthday activity.  So we packed up the entire crew and played 18 holes of mini golf.  Hannah always had to know where Kate was at and would check on her.

Water fight!

Ice cream cake for Camron.

Grandma Schmidt with three of her grandkids before church on Sunday.

Henry's cheering squad took up half of the sideline at his flag football game!

Henry powered through the day on Saturday with no nap and was such a good boy.  Sunday, after flag football, the guests left and all 4 of us crashed for some serious afternoon naps.  Henry, Andy and me all fell asleep on the couch, and Hannah in her bed, for at least 2 hours.  Hopefully baby brother loves his naps as much as this family does!
