Well - I honestly didn't think I would be writing this post, as I was certain there was no way I would have made it through an entire week volunteering at VBS this year. But baby brother Luke must have wanted me to be a part of it, and decided not to make an entrance. It was such a fun week, and such an amazing event to be a part of. A total of 6,012 children worshiped at all three sessions of VBS this past week - and it was amazing.
I volunteered in Henry's class every night but Wednesday. On Wednesday I took the crazy 3 year olds. It is pretty cool that both Henry and Hannah get to be a part of this, as they got to see each other in the gym for worship and always loved seeing each other. Since Hannah turns 3 before September 15th, she just made the cutoff.
I took some great videos and pictures of them singing, dancing, and learning, and growing.
Hannah and Livia had SO much fun dancing.
Hannah's little friend from daycare Livia was in her class. The first night Andy said Hannah would not leave his side/neck and then Livia showed up and she was 'too cool' for daddy. Her and Livia had so much fun together!
Listening to story time.
Henry, Cole and Audrey were all in the same class. They are in the Penguin class at Kids Company together. Cole's mom and I were Shepherds for their VBS class and had such a great time. It really helped keep my mind off of my due date coming and going!
Showing off their craft.
